As a non-contact measurement method,liner structured light 3D scanning technology is widely used in various industries such as machinery manufacturing,aerospace,reverse engineering,industrial inspection,machine vision and so on.When measuring some measurement objects with high reflection characteristics,due to the influence of specular noise,there will be a large number of outlier noise in the 3D point cloud data of the measurement results,which greatly reduces the measurement accuracy.Therefore,the accurate measurement of specular objects is a hotspot and difficulty in this research field.With the development of China's manufacturing industry,more and more fields need to use 3D measurement technology,3D measurement of specular objects has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,a dual liner structured light scanning system and a 3D reconstruction algorithm for specular objects are designed.The specific work has the following aspects:(1)In this paper,a measurement system based on dual liner structured light is constructed,According to the high light noise removal method and improved laser stripe center extraction algorithm.It can complete high-precision on-line 3D measurement of high light objects.(2)A new method of high light noise removal based on mathematical morphology and difference image method is proposed.The laser stripe images are processed by mathematical morphology,and the high light parts of the laser stripe images are removed by difference image method.(3)An improved laser stripe center extraction algorithm based on direction template method is proposed.The fringe skeleton is extracted by the extreme value method and the fringe width is reduced.According to the different width of the fringe,the direction template matrix with different dimensions is generated,which reduces the operation time of the algorithm while ensuring the accuracy,and effectively completes the center extraction of the laser stripe images.(4)Using the built measurement system combined with camera parameter calibration and line structured light plane calibration to complete the 3D measurement of objects with highly reflective surface characteristics,restore the complete 3D point cloud data of the measured object,and analyze the error of the measurement system and the liner structured light stripe center extraction algorithm.The experimental results show that the measurement system and method can effectively complete the 3D measurement of high light objects,and the measurement speed can basically meet the actual needs.The measurement system and method have high practical value.
