Green sustainable development is an inevitable trend in the development of manufacturing industries.Additive manufacturing has become a representative manufacturing technology for green sustainable development due to its advantages of no mold,high flexibility and free design.However,as one of the additive manufacturing technologies,the laser direct deposition process still has the problems of low manufacturing efficiency,high manufacturing energy consumption,and high manufacturing cost.Therefore,this thesis will take the laser direct deposition process as the research object,according to the movement state of the cladding head and the characteristics of material and energy consumption in the laser direct deposition process,the building time parameterization model and manufacturing cost estimation model of the process are established systematically,and the multi-objective optimization of laser direct deposition process is carried out.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The working principle and operation flow of laser direct deposition process are analyzed.According to the movement state of the cladding head during the laser direct deposition process and the laser-powder coupling,the deposition path is divided into an effective path,an empty path and a node.On the basis of the division of the deposition path,according to the corresponding relationship among the movement state of the cladding head,the deposition path and the building time,the building time is divided into effective time,empty walking time and delay time.A parameterized model of building time based on deposition path is proposed,and orthogonal experiments are designed to verify the effectiveness of the model.Analyze the building time under different deposition methods.(2)The activity characteristics of laser direct deposition process are analyzed by activity-based costing method,the process is divided into pretreatment stage,printing stage and post-processing stage.According to the time-driven characteristics of process activities,based on the established building time model,analysis and parameter characterization of materials,equipment,labour force and electrical energy consumption at various stages,a time-driven manufacturing cost estimation model is proposed,and Orthogonal experiment results are used to verify the model,analyze the cost ratio of each stage,and analyze the sensitivity of cost parameters.(3)From the green,deposition efficiency and economic dimensions of green manufacturing and sustainable development,taking the lowest building time,printing energy consumption and printing cost as the process objectives,a multi-objective optimization model with laser power,powder feeding rate and scanning speed as optimization variables is established.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimization model,and the optimal combination of process parameters is obtained.It provides a theory for the green optimization of laser direct deposition process.
