This paper mainly verifies the semi-empirical model obtained on the basis of photon migration theory. In order to verify the correctness of the model,we chose different scattering phase functions.Using MC simulation,we obtained a linear relationship between R? and ?s? The slope is a quadratic function about ?,which verifies the correctness of the semi-empirical model.Next,we study the influencing factors affecting the semi-empirical model, and find that the scattering phase function, the anisotropy factor and the dimensionless reduced scattering coefficient will have different effects on the semi-empirical model. This fully demonstrates that the second-order optical parameter ? is quite sensitive to changes in the microstructure of biological tissues. Finally,we use the semi-empirical model obtained by the Tissue phase function to measure the values of other ?,and measure the different ? values under other phase functions. The feasibility of this measurement method is verified by these measurements. This provides a relatively simple method for measuring the scattering parameters associated with the microstructure of biological tissuesThe main work includes the following:1.Using different scattering phase functions, the correctness of the semi-empirical model based on photon migration theory is verified by using MC simulation method2.Study factors that affect semi-empirical models. It is found through research that when the anisotropy is the same and the scattering phase function is changed, the measurement model will change accordingly. This shows the importance of the scattering phase function to the model. When the scattering phase functions are the same,we use different When the anisotropy factor is used, the expression of the measured ? also changes, which indicates that the second-order optical parameters are sensitive to changes in the microstructure of the biological tissue3.The value range of the dimensionless reduced scattering coefficient ?s? is further studied. It is found that when the value range of ?s? is less than 2,the measurement result of this model will be more accurate4.Using the model of the tissue phase function to measure the ? value under other scattering phase functions,it is found that the scattering phase function is different, and the error produced by the measurement is also different. And after observing the expression of each phase function,it can be seen that when the selected scattering phase function is similar to the expression form of the tissue scattering phase function, the error produced by using this model measurement will be smaller if the phase function is measured. When the expression of the phase function of the organization differs greatly or even has no correlation, the error caused by the measurement will be very large, and may even reach 100%.This also shows that in order to accurately measure some scattering characteristics of biological tissues, the most important thing is to choose a phase function that can accurately describe the scattering characteristics of biological tissues, which also explains the scattering phase function for this method. The importance of it.
