Research On Employees Performance Evaluation Of Public Welfare Secondary S Geological Prospecting Institutions In Guangdong Province

Geological exploration industry bears the important responsiblity of developing and exploring natural resources for the country.At present,along with the continuous deepening of the reform of our country institution classification,the classification of public class institution is more and more clear,organizational resources reorganization is the development trend,but some of the geological exploration units in the form of performance evaluation and examination method is lag,the original evaluation system limited and hindered the cultivation of talents and personnel flow.The performance evaluation of geological exploration institution is an important measure to stimulate the vitality of the talent team,improve the enthusiasm and work quality of the staff,and also an important link of the human resources of modern geological exploration institution.This thesis takes the secondary S public welfare geological exploration institutions in Guangdong as research object,using the theory of incentive theory,performance management,on the basis of theoretical analysis,through methods such as interviews,questionnaire survey,key performance indicators,analyzed the present situation of public welfare category S assessment of geological exploration units in Guangdong province and concluded that many problems exist in the evaluation of S unit,and analyzed the cause.Meanwhile,according to the actual situation of S geological exploration unit,combining with the assessment objectives and functions of S geological exploration unit,a scientific and effective performance assessment index system is established by re-selecting performance assessment indicators,and relevant Suggestions are raised.This thesis through the research of the Guangdong province public welfare category S geological exploration institution performance evaluation,promoting performance management of geological exploration units,when in the process of reform for the geological exploration unit introduces and fosters the talent personnel's long-term development to lay a solid foundation,but also to promote the exploration of the geological exploration category institution classification reform.
