In the decision-making problem,it is difficult for a single decision maker to deal with and realize the situation and goal from different information sources in the decision-making process.In order to ensure the scientific and rationality of decision-making,introducing multiple decision-makers in decision-making process,build a multi-attribute group decision making method.At present,the decision-making problem and the decision-making process become more and more complex,and the decision-making problem becomes more and more prominent.The research of multiattribute group decision making is becoming a hot topic.Firstly,this paper proposes the positive and negative ideal matrices of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets and the corresponding attribute weight determination methods.A TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)method based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets multi-attribute group decision making method is proposed.When the attribute weight is partly known,the attribute weight is obtained by establishing a single objective optimization model.When the attribute weight is completely unknown,the attribute that is close to the positive ideal point and away from the negative ideal point is given a large weight,otherwise it is given a small weight.And the effect of this method is verified in the field of venture capital.Secondly,the method is extended to represent the attribute value in the form of triangular fuzzy number in this paper.Based on the definition and algorithm of triangular fuzzy number and the distance formula,a multi-attribute group decision making method for attribute weight information in different situations is proposed in this paper.And the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by applying the method to the field of employee assessment in securities companies.Finally,the evaluation value has given by the decision maker is given in the form of interval-triangular fuzzy number in this paper.The definition of mean of upper bound,mean of lower bound and mean of interval based on interval-triangular fuzzy set,a multi-attribute group decision making method based on interval-triangular fuzzy sets with different attribute weight information is further proposed and its feasibility and effectiveness are verified by an example in the field of venture capital.The thesis has done the above three parts of research work,finally has established the multi-attribute group decision making method based on TOPSIS,and has verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the method in the securities industry and the field of venture capital respectively.
