As a new teaching mode,“flipped classroom” has been fully implemented in Europe,America and other countries and achieved good practical results.It is based on the transformation of traditional teaching forms and the renewal of education concepts,and plays a positive role in the learning effect and efficiency of students.At the same time,due to the relatively limited resources and less class hours,it is urgent to improve the overall effect of botany experiment teaching through scientific and effective teaching methods.It can be seen from this study that taking a mountain Normal University as a research case,the design and implementation of“flipped classroom”based on micro class as the research direction,and taking the characteristics and principles of flipped classroom design as the starting point,the application effect of flipped classroom in botany experiment teaching in Colleges and universities is tested.The application of flipped classroom in botany teaching in Colleges and universities can not only effectively improve students' learning Learning and interest can also have a positive impact on students‘ learning effect and efficiency.However,there are some problems in the application of flipped classroom,such as weak promotion to students 'autonomous learning,increasing students' learning pressure,low problem-solving effect and low acceptance of teaching forms.Therefore,this paper suggests that the teaching of Botany Experiment in Colleges and universities can improve the effect of flipped classroom application from four aspects: gradual evolution of thinking setting,accuracy of knowledge summary,guidance of teaching process and enrichment of teaching content,so as to provide effective help for the promotion of Botany classroom teaching in Colleges and universities.
