China is a country suffering lots of disasters.Facing the severe disaster situation,the thinking of disaster prevention,mitigation and relief work is changing in a comprehensive and multiaspect direction,that is,vigorously promoting comprehensive disaster reduction.Comprehensive disaster reduction requires comprehensive consideration of multiple types of disasters and the entire stage before and after disasters,as well as comprehensive assessment of the various aspects of the disaster system.On this basis we can determine the contents of various work of disaster prevention and mitigation.Disaster systems are closely related to geographic spatial distribution information.Maps,as carriers of geographic information,play a more important role in all stages of disaster prevention and mitigation.With the in-depth development of the information age,the spatial data sources of various disaster elements are becoming more and more extensive.Online mapping technology can better adapt to the complex and changing disaster situation with its rapid response and easy to update features.Looking at the existing research related to disaster mapping,it can be found that early research pays more attention to the mapping effect of the map.The urgency of disaster prevention,mitigation and relief work in a disaster situation requires that the focus of research be shifted to the efficiency of emergency mapping.Therefore,in recent years,research has begun to focus on various processing links in mapping operations.These links are mostly some scattered technical methods in the process of cartography.Some still have some deviations in the concept of "cartography template" and their status in cartography.There is insufficient understanding of the nature and characteristics of disaster emergency maps,and lack of an overall solution for disaster emergency mapping.Therefore,this paper proposes an adaptive online mapping method for disaster emergency,which fully integrates the field of cartography and disaster emergency.According to the needs of disaster emergency scenes and the characteristics of adaptive mapping,the system architecture and key technologies of online mapping for disaster emergency are fully researched.A holistic mapping technology method is proposed and practiced through the examples of system development,so as to provide new solutions for the information construction of disaster prevention,reduction and relief work.It mainly includes the following work:a.This paper discusses the types and contents of typical disaster events andemergency work,and organizes them with different scenes,so as to further study the characteristics of disaster emergency scenes and their needs for mapping,and summarizes the disaster emergency map from the needs The content,form and efficiency characteristics that should be possessed.b.Various adaptive strategies are designed on the basis of fully studying the characteristics of disaster emergency adaptive mapping.And then design scene rules related to various types of basic disaster mapping topics,as well as process rules that served users in data configuration,symbol visualization,map finishing,and other links in the process of online mapping,and through the design and storage of mapping templates,the two mapping rules are related to form a complete disaster emergency mapping solution.The system adaptive processing method involving symbol visualization is studied,and the symbols and statistical symbols related to disaster emergency related elements are designed.Through the design of the cartography user space,the effective management of the map and the full satisfaction of the professional and personalized needs of the users are realized.c.Based on the various links in the user's mapping process,using adaptive strategies as the specific implementation technology,integrating the data,services and applications of the disaster emergency adaptive online mapping process,a multi-level disaster emergency adaptive mapping solution is formed.d.Through the design and development of the disaster emergency online mapping system,the adaptive mapping method is practiced,and examples are verified from the aspects of content,function,efficiency,experience and so on.
