Rare metal is known as"the energy metal of the 21st century".With the rapid development of lithium battery technology,besides electronics consumption,lithium batteries are rapidly expanding in the fields of power batteries and energy storage batteries,and lithium resources are important new types.The status of energy materials is increasingly prominent.Due to the shortage of supply and demand markets for rare metals in China,the market demand for rare metals such as lithium lanthanum is increasing.Pegmatite is one of the main carriers of rare metals and contains lithium strontium minerals.Therefore,it is important to evaluate the mineralization potential of pegmatite.The western part of Sichuan is one of the important pegmatite mineralization provinces in China,producing several pegmatite-type lithium deposits with the largest domestic lithium reserves.As the spodumene deposits in the Keerin area have been newly discovered in recent years,several large-scale,super-large spodumene deposits have been gradually taken seriously.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the geological characteristics and metallogenic regularity of the spodumene deposit in the Keerin area.The Keerin area is located in the Songpan-Ganzi orogenic belt(metallogenic belt).The exposed area of the Keerin granite is about 200km~2(±),which is the main acidic magma intrusion in this area and also the mother rock of rare metal pegmatite mineralization.The lithium deposits in this area mainly exist in the granitic pegmatite veins around the Keerin rock mass.According to their distribution,they can be divided into northern dense areas,northeast dense areas,southeast dense areas,western dense areas,and southern dense areas.There are thousands of granitic pegmatite veins.These granitic pegmatites also have a large number of rare metal granitic pegmatite veins containing ore.Therefore,there are many lithium deposits mainly composed of spodumene.The ore-forming ages of the deposits are all in the late Indosinian-early Yanshanian,and the deep acid magma multi-phrase multi-stage emplacement,and gradually crystallizes the pegmatite magma.The ore-forming materials such as Li in the ore-bearing magma are aggregated,and migrate outward along the annular and radial construction joint fissures.As the temperature and pressure gradually decrease,five kinds of pegmatite and quartz veins are crystallized out from the parent rock in the surrounding rock structure joints and fissures.Li,Be,Nb,Ta,Sn,etc.are mainly in the temperature-pressure space of densely structure joint fissures which are most suitable for crystallization from 3000 to 8000m of the parent rock,and are enriched in the albite pyroxene-type large vein pegmatite to form a spodumene deposit.
