To achieve precise assembly in the manufacturing process of high-tech equipment,the four-beam laser interference coordinate measurement system was extended,and a large-scale pose measurement device based on seven-beam laser interference was proposed.Firstly,the formula for pose measurement was deduced,the mathematical model was established,and the simulation and experiment of pose measurement were carried out.At the same time,the influence of the positional relationship between the measuring equipment and the measured point on the system accuracy in the multilateral pose measurement is studied.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)A seven-beam laser interference large-scale pose measurement device was established.The two tracking methods of 322 and 331 when 7 laser tracking interferometers are tracking 3 mirrors are introduced.(2)The seven-beam laser interference pose measurement method was studied.The pose calculation algorithms under two tracking methods are deduced respectively,and mathematical models are established for simulation.The simulation results show that when using the 322 tracking method,the system will have a large measurement error under a specific measurement angle.The phenomenon can be avoided in the 331 tracking mode.Then,in the two tracking methods,the pose measurement experiments were performed respectively.The experimental results show that in the 331 tracking mode,the posture measurement results are better than the 322 tracking mode,which validates the derived algorithm.(3)An intuitive and quantifiable mathematical model was established for the positional relationship between the measured point and the measuring base station.Starting from the laser multilateral coordinate calculation formula,the relationship between the relative position between the measurement base station and the measured point and the measurement error was derived,and a mathematical model was established.The correctness of the proposed model was verified by simulation and experiments.
