Meloidogyne incognita is one of the major soil-borne pests that cause a reduction in the production of many economic crops in China,with $125 billion economic losses every year.At present,mostly based on chemical control With the needs of ecological environment construction,the prevention and control of green ecologyhas become a research hotspot.In this paper,wood vinegar,Chinese herbal medicine(BLH)and biocontrol bacteria Paecilomyces lilacinus and Verticillium chamydosporium were used as the main materials to study the control effect of root-knot nematodes The results are as follows:1.The plant-derived insecticides with the killing activity of wood vinegar and BLH extract were tested for the activity of the southern root-knot nematode,were tested for the activity of the southern root-knot nematode,The mortality and corrected mortality of the second-instar larvae of Meloidogyne incognita,the average hatching number and relative inhibition rate of single eggs and egg masses were analyzed during the same time period.The results of this experiment indicated that wood vinegar and BLH extract had certain control effects on the second instar larvae,single granules and egg mass of Meloidogyne incognita,And as the concentration increases,the prevention and control effect gradually increases.The effect of wood vinegar on the control of second-instar larvae of A.sinensis is better than that of BLH extract,the corrected mortality rate of the second instar larvae of the southern root-knot nematode can reach 56.84%.The effect of BLH extract on the control of single eggs and egg mass of A.sinensis is better than that of wood vinegar,The relative inhibition rate of single eggs can reach 64.91%,The relative inhibition rate of the egg mass reached a maximum of 50.45%.2.Based on the first part of the test,The indoor activity test of the southern root-knot nematode was carried out by BLH extract,BLH and Paecilomyces lilacinus and Verticillium thickum co-fermentation,In the same period of time,the number of knockdowns and corrected mortality,the hatching number and inhibition rate of single egg and egg mass of the southern root-knot nematode were analyzed.The results of this experiment show that several biological agents have certain control effects on the southern root-knot nematode,The effect of BLH and Paecilomyces lilacin co-fermentation on the control of Meloidogyne incognita is better than that of other biological agents,the comprehensive prevention and control effect is greater than 60%.3.A pot experiment was performed on the basis of the indoor activity test.The plant length,aerial fresh weight,root length,root surface area,root knot index and root activity of banana seedlings were evaluated.Experimental results show,Experimental results show:a certain amount of Paecilomyces lilacinus and BLH co-fermentation can promote biomass growth and root growth on banana seedlings,Compared with the control,The root length of banana seedlings increased by 40.05%,The fresh weight of the aboveground part increased by 11%,Plant height growth increased by 5%-28%,Root surface area increased by 200 cm2,Root activity increased by about 50%,The root knot index of banana seedlings is reduced by about 90%in controlling root-knot nematodes and promoting plant growth,The effect is better than other processing.
