In recent years,with the vigorous development of nonlinear optics,exploring materials with great nonlinear optical response has become a research hotspot today.Graphene oxide not only has similar physical structure and chemical properties as graphene,but also has hydrophilicity and lipophilicity to make its properties more active.These unique structures and properties also open a new door for the development of non-linear optical materials.Graphene oxide-based composite materials have been a research hotspot in recent years,and zinc sulfide is also a photoelectric material with excellent performance,but the research on graphene oxide-zinc sulfide nanomaterials is still rare.Therefore,this paper studies the nonlinear optical properties of graphene oxide-zinc sulfide nanocomposites.The main work done in this paper is as follows:1.The graphene oxide-zinc sulfide nanocomposite was prepared by solvothermal method,and three groups of samples with different proportions of doped zinc sulfide were synthesized: GOZS(4:5),GOZS(2:5)and GOZS(1:5).2.X-ray diffractometer,Raman spectrometer,Infrared spectrometer,Sanning electron microscope,Transmission electron microscope and UV-vis spectrophotometer were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the samples.The results show that the average particle size of Zn S is 15.1 nm,12.6 nm and 22.3 nm,respectively,and is uniformly dispersed on graphene oxide.3.The samples were tested by Z-scan under different incident light intensities,and the analysis results showed that: Zn S,GO and GOZS all exhibit anti-saturable absorption.Under the same incident light intensity,the introduction of zinc sulfide significantly enhances the non-linear absorption performance of graphene oxide(5-22 times).The non-linear absorption and optical limiting performance of GOZS(4:5)are better than the other two samples.In-depth analysis and research on the Z-scan test results found that this nonlinear absorption enhancement comes from two points: On the one hand,the small size effect of zinc sulfide nanoparticles and its increase in the absorption point of graphene oxide.On the other hand,the two-dimensional ?-electron conjugated structure of graphene oxide makes the composite material have more delocalized electrons.
