The Internet of things(IoT)has become an important part of the development strategy of China's information industry,and sensor technology is the key to information collection in IoT.Composites play a key role in sensors.However,at present,the preparation of composites mostly relies on repeated experiments and complex processes,which is also the main problem restricting the design and development of composites.Based on this,this paper proposes a modeling method for two-phase composites based on Voronoi,and finite element analysis for in electrostatic field.Firstly,the two-phase Voronoi composites model is constructed by two-phase equal diameter spherical close packing model and Neper software.The two-phase equal diameter spheres close packing model is established by repositioning method,the spherical center obtained by close packing is used as the center of grain in the two-phase Voronoi composites model,and the 3d two-phase Voronoi composites model is constructed by Neper.As the small space gap between the balls in the close packing model of two-phase equal diameter spheres,the model grains constructed by Neper with its spherical center as the center of the grains basically inherit the spherical volume of two-phase spheres.In this way,by adjusting the volume ratio of spherical particles of any phase in the close packing model of two-phase spheres,we can well control the volume ratio of two-phase grain in the two-phase Voronoi composites.Secondly,the grains of the two-phase composites model are irregular convex polyhedrons and which have a large number of sharp angles.The two-phase composites model is meshed by tetrahedrons.The average number of tetrahedron units is about 130,000.Finally,the finite element calculation of dielectric constant and cross-section potential in electrostatic field are carried out by assembled the meshed tetrahedron units.The meshed units are assembled into a large coefficient sparse matrix.Next,we use the taucs solver to calculate the linear equations of symmetric sparse matrices.And then the dielectric constant and cross section potential of the model could be obtained.In this paper,nine sets of two-phase composites models with different grain volume ratios of the first phase are established.The simulation results show that,with the increase of the grain volume proportion of the low dielectric phase,the composites' ability to weaken the electrostatic field decreases.The change of the cross-section potential of the model can reflect that.The change of the cross-section potential can be reflected the change of the dielectric constant of the model.At the same time,the dielectric constant of two-phase composites is calculated.The calculated result can reflect the numerical relationship between the grain volume ratio of low dielectric phase and the dielectric constant of two-phase composites.In summary,we establish a two-phase composites model based on Voronoi.And the cross-section potential and dielectric constant of the model in electrostatic field were calculated by the finite element method.The method we improved provides a new research idea for the design and development of composites with dielectric properties.
