In recent years,with the rapid expansion of cities,the spatial morphology of the urban canopy has undergone major changes,and the wind-heat environment has become increasingly complex.Creating a good urban wind and heat environment has important practical significance for the improvement of residents' thermal comfort and urban energy conservation and emission reduction.At the level of urban planning,more and more scholars have begun to study the relationship between urban form and wind-heat environment,and relying on emerging multi-source data to analyze wind-heat environment is the current focus of this research field.Therefore,this article will take the Dongcheng District of Daqing City as the research area to explore wind-heat environment analysis and optimization methods based on multi-source data.First of all,remote sensing data,POI data and other planning data are used in the GIS platform to analyze urban morphological parameters that have an important relationship with the urban wind and heat environment.It is found that the building density,floor area ratio,average height and POI density are higher in the central area of Dongcheng District,while the outer area is lower;the sky view factor in the central area is lower,and the outer area is higher;the water coverage is higher in the west and lower in the east;vegetation Coverage is higher in the east and lower in the west;the seasonal variation of impervious surface coverage is greater.Secondly,based on the inversion of surface temperature to analyze the urban surface thermal environment,use CFD to simulate the wind field and calculate the wind speed ratio to analyze the urban wind environment.Analyze the relationship between urban wind and heat environment and urban spatial morphology through GIS platform and SPSS.It is found that the wind and heat environment in the central and southern parts of Dongcheng District is better,and the wind and heat environment in different functional areas are quite different.The thermal environment on the ground has a high correlation with water coverage,snow cover,and impervious surface coverage;the wind environment has a high correlation with sky view factor and building density;the planning requirements of high density and low plot ratio are conducive to the city's windproof and thermal insulation.Based on the analysis of the wind environment,further judge the potential of urban air pollution and identify the current ventilation corridors.Finally,according to the analysis results of urban form and wind-heat environment,methods and strategies for building group form optimization,underlying surface combination optimization and urban public service facility optimization with the goal of wind-heat environment optimization are proposed.The content includes controlling the building density within 32%,the building type is mainly multi-storey buildings,the rational configuration of different underlying surfaces and the creation of an environment where multiple functional areas coexist,etc.Through the research on the urban wind and heat environment and the use of the GIS platform to compile the relevant results into the urban environmental climate map,it provides a reference for urban planning strategies to improve the wind and heat environment,and at the climatic level,it also helps to reduce urban energy consumption and build an ecological city.Healthy cities have established a set of scientific methods.
