BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)and Global Positioning System(GPS)have been widely used in various fields,especially in the aviation field that has strict requirements for satellite navigation performance.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the positioning performance of Beidou navigation satellite systems and GPS based on actual flight data.This thesis is evaluated and verified the performance of Beidou navigation satellite system/GPS.Firstly,studied the User Equivalent Range Error(UERE)of a satellite navigation system model,the segmented sectional calculation method is used to calculate space satellite navigation signal User Range Error(URE),analyzed the Dilution of Precision(DOP)of the satellite navigation system,and the data collected by the general aviation aircraft is used to evaluate the positioning accuracy of the satellite navigation system.Secondly,according to the GPS Standard Positioning Service Performance Specification(GPS SPS PS)to study the satellite navigation system's integrity evaluation method,used the instantaneous value of the space signal URE and the space signal URE not to exceed the allowable value(SIS URE NTE)to evaluate the integrity,and the actual flight data is used to analyze the integrity of BDS and GPS space signals.Then the unique short message communication function of BDS is evaluated,the evaluation method is established based on Beidou signal beam information,the experimental data obtained by general aviation aircraft is to evaluate its performance,and to analyze the communication performance influence of Beidou equipment at different locations on general aviation aircraft.Finally,BDS short message communication performance evaluation software is designed based on MATLAB GUI,and the influence of flight altitude,heading,position and other parameters of general aviation aircraft on BDS short message communication performance is evaluated and analyzed by using the measured data collected by general aviation aircraft.The research which was based on the performance evaluation method and experimental verification of satellite navigation system in this thesis is of certain significance to accelerate the application of BDS in navigation monitoring of general aviation aircraft and to promote BDS to better serve the civil aviation field.
