Due to the rapid development of rural urbanization and the rapid development of economy in recent years, the demand of energy is rising sharply, and the contradiction between energy supply and demand is increasingly. At present, the energy utilization mode in rural areas is still relatively primitive, mostly using primitive biomass energy, and the energy utilization form is relatively backward.Problems such as low energy utilization efficiency and loose coal combustion have brought serious impact on the environment, making the traditional energy utilization mode no longer adapt to the current form,it is urgent for rural areas to optimize, adjust and transform the energy use structure. In order to achieve sustainable development, energy utilization needs to seek more low-carbon and efficient ways. The energy utilization mode with multi-energy complementary(MEC)can give full play to the advantages of each energy category, play the role of complementary advantages, improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy and promote the absorption of renewable and clean energy, both economic and environmental protection, can effectively solve such problems in rural energy development. In addition, rural renewable energy resources are rich and regional wide, and the space resources are sufficient.Energy categories are diversified, and MEC can be implemented under the unique conditions. Therefore, this paper studies the Rural multi-energy Complementary System(RMECS),constructs the Rural multi-energy Complementary(RMEC)operation optimization model and benefit evaluation model, and explores the development mode of RMECS.First, the RMECS is proposed. This paper combs the current situation of rural energy development and its main characteristics,MEC theory and relevant policies, analyzes the representative projects of MEC,and puts forward three kinds of rural MEC system modes:"rural centralized energy use","rural family life energy use" and "rural agricultural breeding energy use".Then, based on the proposed RMECS model, the multi-energy complementary technology applied in each model is analyzed.Core elements is modeled, such as the output model of wind power, biogas cogeneration, fuel saving stove, solar collector and air source heat pump, the load model of flexible charging and discharging of electric vehicles, and the demand response mechanism model.Thirdly,an optimization model about RMECS collaborative operation is constructed. The structure of RMECS was described, and a multi-objective function with the objective of the minimum energy cost, the lowest carbon emission and the highest energy satisfaction was constructed. The Pareto solution set of the multi-obj ective optimization model was obtained by using the ?-constraint method, and then the optimal solution was obtained by using the fuzzy decision theory.Taking a rural area in north China as the research object, this paper makes an example analysis according to its resource characteristics and typical heat load demand. Finally, different RMECS operating benefit evaluation models are designed.Starting from the four dimensions of economic benefit, energy saving benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit, the benefit evaluation index system of RMECS is constructed, and the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method is used to give weight to the index. The three RMECS models proposed above were selected as evaluation objects, and the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the cloud model were respectively used for evaluation, and the evaluation results of the two different evaluation models were compared and analyzed. The results show that the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the cloud model have the same benefit evaluation results for RMECS,and both of them have the best comprehensive benefit for the rural concentrated energy use mode.Among them, the cloud map drawn by the cloud model evaluation can be more intuitive to see the evaluation results.
