Although our country's freshwater reserves are in the top of the world at this stage, due to the problems such as a large population and unbalanced resource distribution, our country has become a severely water-scarce country. The shortage of fresh water has formed a huge obstacle to our country's economic development.Compared with other technologies, reverse osmosis(RO)desalination technology has the advantages of relatively lower cost and higher water production,it is widely used in coastal areas.Although there are lots of advantages in the process of reverse osmosis technology, huge energy consumption is still the bottleneck which restricts its full development. Therefore,it is of significance for enterprises to effectively reduce the energy consumption and cost of water production by analyzing the process of the production system, optimizing the scheduling of the system process, formulating a reasonable production plan, and improving the use efficiency of production equipment. In this paper,by studying and analyzing the process of the reverse osmosis desalination system, the optimization operation of the reverse osmosis unit and the optimal scheduling of the reverse osmosis process are studied.Firstly, research on the operation optimization problem of reverse osmosis unit, analyze the annual changes in temperature and salinity in a certain sea area.By calculating the water permeability coefficient under different temperature and salinity conditions, the influence of temperature and salinity parameters on the permeability coefficient of the reverse osmosis membrane process is obtained. Then with the objective functions of the salt content of fresh water and the cost of water production, the operation optimization model of the reverse osmosis process unit is established.Subsequently, genetic algorithms are used to solve single-objective optimization propositions and genetic algorithms based on the normal boundary crossing method(NBI)are used to solve multiobjective optimization propositions.Analysing and comparing the optimal solutions with manual operation the results show that when the constraints are met at the same time, the operating cost by optimized parameters is significantly lower than before. Moreover, the multi-objective optimization can carry out the satisfactory solution of water quality and cost simultaneously. After that, the operating cost of the whole process of RO is taken as the optimization goal, and the temperature, salinity, and the random demand of users for fresh water at different moments in the RO seawater desalination process are adjusted under the condition of meeting their respective operating parameters and constraints, establish a robust scheduling model, and analyze and research robustness indicators.Subsequently, the Cuckoo Search(CS)Algorithm and the Genetic Algorithm(GA)are used to solve the problems, and the optimal solution results of the robustness index and cost target are obtained.By comparing the calculated results,it is found that under the premise that the water demand of the users is met,the operating cost after the optimization dispatch is greatly reduced compared with manual operation, and the optimization effect is of significance. And the CS has higher robustness index and better stability than GA.The system model proposed in this paper has a significant effect on effectively reducing operating costs and reducing water production costs, and has certain rationality. Finally, summarize the work done in the full paper, and propose the next stage of research direction.
