The safe operation of nuclear facilities requires regular maintenance and overhaul by staff.These repair tools may be contaminated with radioactive materials due to the maintenance of nuclear facilities.Therefore,it is necessary to choose the appropriate cleaning method when cleaning these maintenance tools.Traditional cleaning techniques,such as water cleaning,will increase the difficulty of radioactive liquid waste disposal.Using laser cleaning to clean these maintenance tools can reduce the emission of radioactive waste and waste liquid,which is more environmentally friendly.However,the research of laser cleaning machine used to clean these maintenance tools is less.Conventional workpiece transport devices make it impossible for the laser cleaner to clean the underside of the workpiece,requiring subsequent processes to turn it over.At the same time,the laser cleaning effect is closely related to the focusing effect.Laser focusing accuracy is also one of the key parameters of laser cleaning machine.Realizing the automatic focusing of laser cleaning equipment can effectively improve the efficiency of laser cleaning.This topic using transparent quartz glass as the load of the workpiece,can make the laser through the glass surface cleaning artifacts,at the same time in order to reduce the degree of dirt adhesion when cleaning glass,glass design into the form of convex sets,and through the experiment,verified the convex platform style less transparent glass can effectively smudgy degree of adhesion glass.The influence of laser power and workpiece running speed on the cleaning effect of glass surface dirt by laser is analyzed through experiments.For the automatic focusing of laser,this paper designed an automatic focusing system of laser cleaning machine based on machine vision.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the laser cleaning machine are introduced,and the automatic focusing technology in other laser processing fields is briefly introduced,and the design scheme of the automatic focusing system is proposed.Secondly,the image of laser cleaning iron plate is collected by COMS camera,and the image is grayscale,binary conversion and image segmentation are processed by OpenCV vision library to extract the information of light spots in the image,and finally the change law of light spots in the laser focusing process is obtained.Finally,the computer sends instructions to the serial port controller through serial communication.Drive the stepper motor to rotate so as to drive the linear slide movement,so that the laser automatic focus.Aiming at the interference of the infrared light in this paper,the infrared light perceived by the COMS camera is filtered out by installing the infrared cut-off filter,so as to make the collected images more accurate.
