In the process of urban development, the area of large-scale agricultural arable land and land for vegetation and greening has decreased, and the area of artificial construction has expanded. The coverage of impervious surface has a significant impact on regional development, not only directly affecting the pros and cons of the urban ecological environment, but its changing state can also reflect the level of urbanization within a certain period of time and the future development direction of the city.Through analysis of various districts in Beijing The change characteristics of the impervious surface of the county and the influence of driving factors can provide scientific and effective reference opinions for the rational planning of the city, the assessment of the urban ecological environment and the driving factors of urbanization development. This article mainly focuses on 16 districts and counties in Beijing, and analyzes the characteristics of impervious surface changes in each district and counties and the contribution of each driving factor, providing a reference for urban impervious surface spatial planning and urban expansion direction. The impervious surface coverage area of Beijing in three years was extracted from the remote sensing image data of Beijing in 1999,2009,and 2018 using the linear spectral mixing decomposition model, and compared on a long-term scale, analyzed and summarized the various districts and counties. The impervious surface has changed in the past 20 years, and its development trend has been studied. In addition, this paper collects and sorts out Beijing's natural, cultural, social and economic data, comprehensively establishes a city development evaluation index system, studies and extracts the main influencing factors of Beijing's economic development and changes in the impervious surface area, and extracts the long-term spatial pattern Based on the analysis, apply the spatial-temporal geographic weighted regression model, and use partial regression analysis to analyze the social and economic development driving factors and their contributions of various districts and counties in Beijing in three periods under the influence of national policies and cultural backgrounds in different periods.Analyze the degree of change, from the perspective of spatial heterogeneity, examine the differences in the impact of Beijing's social and economic factors on the expansion of impervious surfaces.By combining the impervious surface extraction results with the spatial-temporal geographic weighted regression results, the characteristics of the impervious surface changes in various districts and counties in Beijing under the influence of different factors are analyzed and summarized, which are the development goals, regional planning, and investment cooperation of each district and county.Make scientific and reasonable analysis and suggestions. In this paper, based on remote sensing image data, the impervious surface change information of Beijing from 1999 to 2018 is extracted through mixed pixel decomposition technology, the expansion speed and change characteristics of each district and county are analyzed, and the temporal and spatial geographic weighted regression model is used to study the impervious surface of each district and county. The temporal and spatial evolution of the main driving factors of the face change. The results show that in the past 20 years, the impervious surface of Beijing has generally shown a form of expansion from the center to the surrounding area. While the proportion of impervious surfaces in various districts and counties has been increasing, its expansion rate has gradually slowed down, showing that urban expansion is gradually slowing down. The state of development in an orderly manner, and demonstrates the country's awareness of urban ecological and environmental protection. Moreover, economy and population are the key influencing factors that promote the expansion of impervious surfaces, and the growth of economy and population will promote the outward expansion of cities.
