In recent years,with the frequent occurrence and frequent occurrence of a series of natural disasters such as earthquakes,landslides,mudslides,rain and snow,China has faced enormous challenges in the emergency resource allocation will delay the progress of rescue.On the other hand,the emergency logistics demand under the natural disaster rescue is more and more complex,and the form shows more complex network features,which is reflected in the emergency logistics integration in the integration of supply chain network.It is necessary to ensure that the supply and demand of vehicles and oils are matched,and the difficulty in making decision-making optimization for the quantity of materials,the number of vehicles and the path selection under complex network conditions is further increased.Therefore,it is especially important to establish an emergency resource allocation network equilibrium model considering supply and demand matching for analysis and decision making.Firstly,this paper refines the emergency resource allocation decision-making problem on the basis of predecessors,comprehensively considers the impact of material allocation cost,vehicle deployment cost and other factors on emergency resource allocation and path optimization,and constructs material resource flow and vehicle resource flow decision-making variables.The network allocation model for emergency resource allocation under the influence.Secondly,this paper takes the emergency resource allocation decision problem under the complex network considering the matching of ensuring the optimization of emergency resource allocation decision while ensuring the matching of supply and demand of vehicles(oil)under complex network conditions.Through the projection shrinkage algorithm,it is theoretically and practically meaningful to solve the equilibrium solution of the optimal emergency material allocation number and vehicle allocation quantity of the
