Junggar Basin is an important oil and gas exploration and development block in China's western development strategy,and its oil and gas resources have considerable development potential.Up to 2021,China's western development is still accelerating,and the exploration efforts of oil and gas enterprises in western oil and gas fields are gradually increasing.However,with the gradual deepening of exploration,the inconsistent characteristics of reservoir formation in various blocks are gradually highlighted,and the difficulty of exploration and development has changed with different trends.Chepaizi area is located in the western margin of Junggar Basin.The reservoir study in Chepaizi area is helpful to the exploration and development of other blocks in the western part of the basin and provides reference for the development of other blocks.In the preliminary research work of the study area in this paper,there are some problems,such as unclear description of the main oil-bearing strata,difficulty in supporting the fact of uneven distribution,mismatch between reservoirs and characteristic structures,etc.In view of various problems in the early exploration and development,this paper takes the seismic data of 600 square kilometers in and around Su 13-Su 8 well area in Chepaizi area as an example to study the reservoir-forming characteristics.In this paper,by comparing the seismic response characteristics and oil and gas reservoir distribution law of Shawan Formation in the study area,combined with well data and oil testing data,based on structural interpretation,using structural feature analysis,AVO forward modeling,inversion,seismic attribute technology,seismic reservoir inversion technology and spectrum analysis,the oil and gas reservoir distribution law of Shawan Formation in Chepaizi area is comprehensively predicted and evaluated.The research conclusions obtained in this paper for Su 13 well area provide a reference for exploration and development of oil and gas reservoirs in other areas of ChepaiziAfter completing the above work,this paper tries the reservoir prediction method of deep learning based on horizon data.After realizing automatic horizon tracking according to DTW,a training prediction system based on YOLOv5 is constructed according to horizon information.Although the generalization ability is not good,it proves the feasibility of sand body prediction based on YOLO system.
