In recent years,e-commerce technology has developed rapidly,people's dependence on online shopping has become stronger and stronger,which has promoted the rapid development of the logistics express industry.More diverse demand,faster distribution,and higher service requirements have become the labels of the modern express industry.More and more idle resources are being used throughout the supply chain,but still many of the distribution question can't be solved.According to China's national conditions,the main force of express delivery is produced in the city,and the city has a large population,traffic congestion,and serious pollution.The end of the city distribution link has become the bottleneck of express delivery.At present,there are several problems in the express delivery industry:(1)The single delivery method results in a very high idling rate of vehicles,and the cost of express delivery enterprises is relatively large.(2)The delivery time of express delivery is limited,which can't meet the requirements of some customers for free and flexible pickup.(3)Due to the large volume of express delivery,some existing logistics companies can't reasonably use the distribution vehicles and plan a reasonable distribution route,which brings great pressure on traffic and environment.The quality of path optimization directly affects the cost and service quality of enterprises.Therefore,how to solve the problem of logistics distribution path optimization has important research significance.In the existing research,a large number of scholars have achieved gratifying results in path optimization,but there are still some shortcomings.Especially for the path optimization problem of "last mile" logistics distribution,few studies have explored the impact of distribution mode at the end of distribution on path optimization.In real life,there are a variety of distribution modes at the end of the distribution,such as door-to-door delivery,self-pick,and many people only discuss the selection of the location and distribution mode of the self-pick point,which is deviated from reality.In addition,the research on delivery and pickup service is becoming a trend.It can effectively reduce the distribution distance and can effectively improve the distribution efficiency,but the customer satisfaction can't be effectively guaranteed.Under the premise of ensuring the cost of the enterprise,improving customer satisfaction is an important goal of the optimization of the distribution path.Aiming at the combined distribution mode existing in reality,this paper proposes a logistics distribution model of first delivery and then pick up and a logistics distribution model of simultaneous delivery and pick up,and gives the distribution path optimization model and application in real life.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Refining the logistics distribution path optimization problem of first delivery and then pick up in combined mode,and giving the path optimization model.Firstly,the path optimization problem in the combined mode is given,and the problem solving framework is given.Then,the time-affected satisfaction function and the penalty function cost calculation.Finally,the total cost and total time minimization path optimization model is constructed,and the solution method of the model is designed.(2)Refining the logistics distribution path optimization problem of simultaneous delivery and pick up in combined mode and giving the path optimization model.Firstly,the path optimization problem of simultaneous delivery and pick up in combined mode is described in detail,and the framework for solving the problem is given.Then,the comprehensive satisfaction function affected by the departure time and start service time of the delivery personnel are given.Finally,a path optimization model with maximum customer satisfaction,minimum total cost and minimum total time is constructed.and the solution method of the model is designed.(3)The logistics distribution path optimization model for first delivery and then pick up and simultaneous delivery and pickup in combined mode is applied.The path optimization results are given.The results prove the validity of the model.The optimization method proposed in this paper for the path optimization problem of"last mile" logistics distribution can not only effectively solve the "last mile" distribution path optimization problem,but also provide solutions for future research.
