In the past 50 years,space remote sensing technology has made great progress.With the improvement of sensor performance and the rapid development of data communication technology,the successful launch of various remote sensing satellites enables us to obtain extremely rich information,high resolution and super high.The application of resolution remote sensing images is gradually increasing.In recent years,more and more high-resolution remote sensing satellites have been applied.The high-resolution remote sensing image is more clear and accurate,with low cost,fast,accurate,large-scale continuous coverage,and rich spatial information.The ground features more obvious geometric shapes and texture features,making it more accurate.It is possible to identify and detect smaller scale features such as buildings and roads,and it has played an important role in environmental monitoring,resource development,urban planning,surveying,agriculture,forestry,marine,military and other industries and fields.At present,China's independent global multi-scale geographic data products are scarce,and the high-precision autonomous location service capability covering the whole world is insufficient,which affects China's control,monitoring,evaluation and action decisions on global resources and situation,and restricts China's participation in international affairs and implementation of global strategy.The progress and depth are not conducive to enhancing our country's right to speak in the international community.There is an urgent need to develop global geographic information resources.This paper is proposed in the context of the urgent need for the construction of global geographic information resources.It mainly studies the orthorectification of the third-line image of the resource without the control point data and the digital elevation model,and constructs the three-dimensional geometry.Model,how to quickly produce DSM,DEM,DOM products.In this paper,the techniques of fine correction and fusion matching of images are studied,studied and summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods are analyzed:(1)For the actual needs of surveying and mapping production,it is proposed to perform ortho-correction on the third-line image of the resource without the control point data and the digital elevation model,which can overcome the traditional geometric correction and manually select the control points,which is time-consuming and laborious.The short operation cycle and the influence of subjective factors have led to the test,which shows that the method has high precision and practicability.(2)Using the feature matching method,the matching experiment of remote sensing image is carried out,and the matching result is analyzed.The applicability,reliability and accuracy of the method are verified.(3)The DSM,DEM and DOM production technical solutions designed in this paper have important practical significance in the national(provincial)basic surveying and mapping tasks.
