Chifeng area is located in the southeast of Inner Mongolia,adjacent to the Weichang,which is an important rich area of lead,zinc and molybdenum deposits in Inner Mongolia.Based on the previous studies,this paper analyzes the ore-forming geological conditions and ore-controlling factors through the anatomy of typical ore deposits,and predicts the ore-forming of lead-zinc-molybdenum deposits in this area by combining the existing geochemical prospecting data in the changchang-chifeng area,so as to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent ore prospecting in this area.The types of lead-zinc deposits in the study area are mainly skarn type and hydrothermal vein type,and the ore-bearing strata are mainly Permian,cretaceous and Jurassic strata.Due to the metasomatism between deep hydrothermal upwelling and surrounding rocks caused by magmatic activity,hydrothermal mineralization was generated.The molybdenum deposits in the study area are mainly porphyry type and hydrothermal vein type,and the ore-bearing strata are mainly Permian yujiabeigou formation,Jurassic manitou formation,cretaceous baiyinggaolao formation and yixian formation.The formation of the deposit is controlled by yanshan intermediate acid intrusive rocks,and the main lithologies are granite porphyry and monzogranite.The fault structure in the region provides good metallogenic space conditions and material source conditions for the formation of ore deposits,and controls the overall morphology and occurrence of ore bodies.Using R-type clustering analysis and factor analysis,the elements Cd,Be,B,Mn and Sb which are closely related to Pb,Zn and Mo mineralization are obtained.The geochemical series diagrams of the eight elements were drawn,which laid a foundation for the classification of background anomalies and the evaluation of element anomalies.By comparing with other elements,it can be found that the metallogenic background of abnormal lead-zinc-molybdenum reactions in the study area is relatively stable,which is basically consistent with the distribution of magmatic rocks,and can clearly reflect the metallogenic characteristics with hydrothermal mineralization as the main body.On the basis of geochemical exploration data analysis and anomaly delineation,combined with the metallogenic geological conditions of the polymetallic deposits,12 metallogenic prospective areas of the pb-zn-mo polymetallic ore field have been identified,11 of which are located in chifeng and 1 in the Weichnag area.
