Scientific data is an important basic strategic resource for the development of national science and technology innovation and economic and social development.It is the scientific and technological resource with the fastest spreading speed,the widest influence,and the greatest development and utilization potential in the information age.It is not mature enough,and the gap is large.In order to better organize and manage scientific data resources and promote scientific data sharing,this article builds an organization and management framework of scientific data resources based on middleware technology,and uses the existing earth The scientific data was tested to realize the unified retrieval of heterogeneous scientific data resources.This article is based on scientific data theory and metadata theory,and middleware technology as a tool.It adopts literature research method,model method and empirical analysis method for research.First,it investigates and analyzes the research status of metadata,scientific data resource organization and management,and middleware technology at home and abroad,and summarizes the shortcomings of metadata design and resource organization and management of scientific data resources.Second,from metadata schemes and data,In terms of organizational structure and data retrieval services,we have investigated well-known scientific data resource management platforms at home and abroad:learning domestic and international scientific data resource organization and management design experience;thirdly,by analyzing existing widely used metadata standards,we can obtain from them The idea of scientific data metadata design proposes a hierarchical metadata framework that combines basic elements with additional elements.Fourth,a scientific data resource organization and management framework was designed using XML middleware technology.The framework includes a query processing module,a metadata integration module,and an integration rule management module.Then,two resources related to geoscience are used as examples to implement resources.Unified search function.Finally,this framework is briefly evaluated using evaluation indicators such as search function,search results,and user interface.The evaluation shows that the scientific data resource organization and management framework constructed by the author can achieve the established goals and enable unified retrieval of heterogeneous scientific data resources.Finally,this article summarizes the research work done,and makes prospects for further research.
