Research On Road Service Quality Evaluation From The Perspective Of New Countryside

With the rural roads playing an indispensable role in society,economy and culture,the service level of rural roads has a significant impact on the improvement of the service capacity of the regional roads network and the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the radiation region.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,the central committee has put forward the new requirements for further building,managing,protecting and operating rural roads.We should further eliminate them and provide a good guarantee for people to get rid of poverty and become well-off.The development of rural areas has gradually shifted to the direction of building,managing,maintaining and operating "four good rural roads".Under the background of rural roads development in the new period,if we want to improve the service level of rural roads,we must first understand the current situation of rural roads,find the existing deficiencies,and then improve the service level.From the objective point of view to evaluate the service level of rural roads,and then has identified the existing shortcomings,and finally found the means to significantly improve the service level.In this dissertation,it is imperative to study the essence of rural roads service and build an evaluation system of rural roads service level.In this dissertation,the main research goal has built rural roads service evaluation system,analyzed the demand of the rural roads development in the new period.starting from the present situation of rural road,and from the four aspects the performance index has been built.The comprehensive evaluation system has been set up,proposed improvement measures,and the concrete research content is as follows:Firstly,the dissertation has analyzed the requirements of rural road construction in the new period,found the definite target in the development of rural road,revealed the current coordinated development of rural roads and built four good new mode of rural road development in the new requirements,analyzed the development problems and challenges of rural roads in the new period.Secondly,the evaluation index of service quality of rural roads has been selected.The dissertation Has selected the preliminary evaluation indexes according to the development requirements of sihao rural roads and the selection principles of indexes.In order to further screen the indexes the dissertation has establish a set of comprehensive and objective evaluation indexes with factor analysis method.The TOPSIS-RSR model has been introduced,and an objective model for the evaluation of current rural road service has been built based on the evaluation index.Finally,suining city rural road has been taken as an example to verify the case.The evaluation model of rural road service has been proposed in this paper,the comprehensive service level of rural road network in various counties and districts of suining city has been calculated,and the service level of rural roads in various regions of suining city has been analyzed and found out the gap,and has proposed measures and suggestions to improve the service level of rural roads in suining city.
