Research On Science And Technology Cooperation Of BCIM Based On Evolutionary Game

In recent years,as China has built a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and entered a new journey of building a modern country in an all-round way,it is more and more important to strengthen the open cooperation with neighboring countries under the background of building a more open and smooth internal and external circulation.It is an essential way to recast the glory of the Southern Silk Road and promote the development of the "Bangladesh China India Myanmar economic corridor".This paper intends to analyze the evolution game of science and technology cooperation between BCIM,in order to provide some theoretical reference for corridor construction.Firstly,the evaluation system of scientific and technological knowledge acquisition is extended from BCIM to 19 countries in South Asia and Southeast Asia.The entropy method is used to calculate the score and ranking of indicators at all levels.The principal component analysis method is used to study the index system and separate the principal component.And to calculate the comprehensive score and ranking of BCIM.Secondly,the fitness function is established according to the hypothesis,and the evolutionary stability is analyzed on the basis of the replication dynamic equation.Then,the evolutionary game analysis of the two-dimensional main body is carried out,and the evolutionary game situation between China and Bangladesh,India,Myanmar is analyzed by simulation.The logic matrix is obtained from the network diagram,the revenue matrix and the strategy updating rules,and the partial strategy evolution equation is obtained by applying the semi tensor product of the matrix to the logic matrix.The problem of network evolutionary game with control is studied,and a new strategy evolution equation is derived.The feasibility is verified by examples,and the policy suggestions of science and technology cooperation between BCIM are given.
