In heavy flavor physics, besides the weak decay form factors, the corresponding strong coupling constant is also an important non-perturbative QCD parameter However, due to the instability of radially excited states particles, radially excited states are experimentally difficult to accessible. In this thesis, the focus is on strong coupling constants of the first radially excited states, which can be directly applicable to the two-and three-body B decays involving a D? final states,as well as providing a theoretical insight into QCD dynamics of the radially excited heavy flavor mesonsIn this thesis, firstly the correlation function is constructed by the vector current c(0)??d(0)and the pseudoscalar current u(x)i?5c(x),secondly expanded it in the framework of light cone sum rule,to obtain the hadron and QCD expression of the correlation function, then the two representations of correlation function are transformed by Borel transformation, finally, according to quark-hadron duality,we obtain the weak form factors fD*??(q2)and fB*??(q2).Parameterized the weak form factors by the parameterization scheme provided in chapter two,and using them to extract the strong coupling constants of the ground states gD·D??gB·B? and the first radially excited states 9D'D*??9B'B*?.In chapter four, the data points obtained by using the weak form factors, then fitted in two steps to obtain the strong coupling constants of the ground states and the strong coupling constants of first radially excited states. In the process of fitting, the number of fitting parameters can be reduced by using the value of form factors at q2=0.
