In recent years,the active three-dimensional(3D)vision information acquisition technology has developed rapidly and been used widely with the advantages of non-contact,high-precision and so on.With the development of mobile devices,cloud computing and other technologies,the higher requirements of the high-speed and portability have been put forward for 3D vision information acquisition technology.However,the 3D vision information acquisition technology based on traditional projectors has gradually failed to meet the requirements.Thus,this dissertation explores and designs a 3D vision high-speed projection system based on laser scanning coded stripes to accommodate the needs of high-speed 3D vision information acquisition.Firstly,the background and research significance are introduced,and the present status of 3D vision stripes high-speed projection technology are described and analyzed.the encoding of binary and Gray code stripes based on laser scanning is elaborated through combining the principle of traditional structured light stripes encoding with the principle of the laser.Secondly,based on the operation principle of the laser and the Micro Electromechanical System(MEMS)micromirror,the structure of the laser scanning 3D vision high-speed projection system is designed,including the establishment of the integrated structure and pose model of the high-speed projection system based on laser scaning,and the modulation principle of the laser scanning coded stripes.Then,the control system of the 3D vision high-speed projection is designed based on high-speed devices,including the overall design of the control system,the selection of control system components,and the control of the MEMS micromirror,the laser and the high-speed industrial camera.Finally,an experimental system is set up to verify and analyze the Serial Peripheral Interface(SPI)communication,high-speed Analogue-to-Digital(AD)signal acquisition,the fringe projection and high-speed image acquisition involved in the 3D vision high-speed projection system.The experimental results show that the system of the high-speed projection and collection of the binary and Gray code structured light stripes based on the laser scanning are realized.The projection speed of a single fringe is up to 2.3k Hz on the premise of the MEMS micromirror with a fixed resonant frequency of 1.15 k Hz,which is suitable for 3D vision information acquisition in dynamic scenes.
