In recent years,marine microorganisms have gradually become a hot topic.In the coastal waters of southern my country,a wide range of microbial diversity analysis has been carried out.However,there are still data gaps in the northern Bohai Sea.This experiment uses highthroughput sequencing methods to analyze the Dalian area.The 28 sites in the coastal waters of the Bohai Sea were sequenced and analyzed,and the deep surface layers of 14 sites were sampled separately.The species diversity of different samples was studied respectively.It was found that the samples obtained a total of 2,295,793 optimized sequences of 16 Sr DNA V3?V4regions.The length is between 403 and 433.In this study,41 phyla,99 classes,215 orders,318 families and 470 genera were found.Sequencing results show that the top ten abundance phyla are Proteobacteria,Bacteroides,Chlorocurve,Actinomycetes,Acidobacteria,Bacillus,Firmicutes,Cyanobacteria,and Planktomycetes.,Epsilonbacteraeota,in which Proteobacteria is the dominant strain.In the process of research,it was found that the types and quantity of microorganisms in the samples are closely related to the environment.The research conducted analysis on special habitats and compared the microorganisms in special environments such as sewage outlets and bathing areas with ordinary coastal microbial communities.It was found that microbial communities exist Significant differences.This study also investigated the microbial diversity in the intertidal zone sediments at different depths.The results showed that in terms of species: there are obviously more microorganisms of the genus Woeseia in the surface sediments of the intertidal zone than in the deep layer,while the Inhella and Aquabacterium genus in the deep microbial community The number of microorganisms is significantly more than that of the surface;in terms of function: surface microorganisms have similar functional characteristics and a relatively wider range of functions,while deep-layer microorganism...
