With the continuous development and progress of society,people's requirements for residential quality are also increasing day by day.The proportion of high-rise buildings in new houses has gradually increased,and the environmental problems of high-rise building have attracted increasing attention.Because high-rise buildings are more sensitive to the wind environment of the area than the middle and lower floors,designers need to adjust their design strategies at the design stage to optimize the residential wind environment and improve the quality of settlements.The main purpose of this paper is to select six main factors that affect the wind environment design of residential areas based on a specific design background,and to discuss the impact of different residential planning and design strategies composed of these factors on the wind environment,so as to find an optimal design combination model so that the planning and design of settlements can from the perspective of wind environment,the purpose of optimizing the quality of settlements is finally realized.This paper first sorts out the research status at home and abroad from the perspective of theoretical research,and summarizes the orthogonal test design method and computer simulation related foundation involved in this paper.Next,combining with the planning requirements of the research project,considering the design standards such as fire prevention,lighting and energy conservation of residential buildings,and assisting in orthogonal test forms,12 study models of wind environment design in residential areas are identified,and these 12 research models are simulated by computer wind environment respectively.After obtaining the simulation results,analyze and compared them.Each research model is quantitatively scored by wind environment simulation and wind environment energy saving.After integrating quantitative scores,the extreme difference analysis is carried out to obtain the important ranking of the key factors that affect the design effect of the scheme and the optimal level of each factor,so as to obtain the optimal combination of the wind environment design of the research project residential area.Through careful study and design,the scientificity and accuracy of the optimal combination are verified.The study found that of the six factors that have a great impact on the wind environment design of residential areas,the importance of the opening size of the room window fan and the body shape coefficient of the unit type are the two tops.The optimal combination of the wind environment design of the research project is: using the determinant layout,the maximum height of the building in the plot is 75 m,and the windward angle of the building is 22.5°;and the household plane with a smaller body shape coefficient is selected,and the minimum number of window fans is arranged at the outer wall of each room with a smaller window fan(1200mm*1200mm)as little as possible,which is the optimal combination.The simulation results of the wind environment and the calculation results of the wind environment energy-saving index of the verification scheme further prove the superiority of the combination model.The research results provide a reference design basis for practice and provide research experience for further research.The designer refers to the conclusion of the research and makes refinement adjustments in combination with the engineering practice to obtain a better residential planning and design scheme.
