Since the concept of sound radiation power was put forward in the last century,the related theoretical research and technical has been continuously developed and improved.At the same time,medical and industrial institutions have put forward higher technological demands.More and more scholars use small damage,non-contact acoustic radiation to manipulate micro-particles in order to achieve the purpose of screening,moving and capturing particles.In this paper,scholars study the acoustic radiation force of particles in ideal fluids and viscous fluids,and these studies can promote the advancement of medical treatment.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,development history,recent achievements and practical applications of acoustic radiation.In terms of practical application,it focuses on related contents such as acoustic levitation,acoustic tweezers,acoustic radiation force imaging and acoustic flow driving.In the second chapter,the formulas of sound scattering and sound radiation force of a porous sphere in an ideal fluid are derived,which based on the theory of porous media.We analyzed the changes of acoustic radiation force with the help of numerical simulation,in the case of open and closed pores,different volume porosities,different surface porosities and different drug materials.And,we explain the causes of this change.The third chapter mainly introduces the development history,main applications and the latest research results of sound control.We numerically simulated the pressure,temperature,velocity,sound flow velocity and sound radiation force of the sound field in the blood vessel under the rigid and elastic boundary.Furthermore,we use sound radiation force to make particles move at a fixed point.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the application of acoustic radiation force in medical treatment,and we deduced the sound scattering coefficient of porous sphere in viscous blood.We simulated the background sound field,scattered sound field,total sound field and sound pressure level of spherical particles in the blood.The acoustic radiation force of the porous sphere is obtained in the viscous fluid.The fifth chapter mainly summarizes the full text.This paper mainly studies the acoustic radiation force and motion of spherical particles in ideal fluid and viscous fluid.We use numerical simulation to compare the effects of different parameters on acoustic radiation.At the same time,these provide a direction for future research.
