Ecological Measures And Effect Evaluation For Improving Ecological Coastal Structure Environment

The increasing number of people on the coast,the rise of sea level and the frequency of storm surges caused by changes in the global climate have caused a surge in the number and types of artificial coastal structures.Traditional coastal structures only consider a single defense function,and rarely consider adding ecological functions.The ecological coast structure provides an alternative to the traditional coastal structure and has the opportunity to improve the impact of the traditional coastal structure on the coastal ecological environment.However,the current research on the improvement of ecological coast structure environment has following problems: 1)There are few studies on the type classification and function of the ecological coast structure.It is urgent to combine the typical cases of ecological coast structure at home and abroad to carry out the structure of the ecological coast.Classification and analysis of the corresponding ecological functions of each ecological coast structure type;2)There are few prototype observational studies on the attached biological communities in the upper intertidal zone of different coastal structure types in China.3)What ecological measures can be adopted to improve the impact of traditional coastal structures on the coastal environment as much as possible,which need to be further summarized.4)Whether the construction of the ecological coastal structure is successful,and how to measure the effect of improving the coastal environment of various types of ecological coastal structures that have been built are issues that need to be solved urgently.At present,the evaluation index system of the environmental improvement effect of the ecological coast structure has not been established,and the evaluation method of the environmental effect of the ecological coast structure has not been established.Therefore,this article mainly conducts a systematic study on the ecological measures and effect evaluation of the ecological coastal structure environment improvement.The research results can provide support for the ecological measures and effect evaluation of the ecological coastal structure environmental improvement,and provide reference for subsequent related research.The main research content and results of this article are as follows:(1)Based on a large number of documents on typical ecological coast structures at home and abroad,this paper classifies the types of ecological coast structures and analyzes the functions of each type of ecological coast structures.From the perspective of coastal structure types,optimizing traditional coastal structure types and additional ecological coastal structure types can be used as ecological measures to improve the coastal structure environment.Among them,optimizing the traditional coastal structure type refers to the selection of an ecological hard shore structure type to replace the traditional hard shore structure type,and the additional ecological coastal structure type refers to the addition of small-scale ecological measures on the basis of the traditional coastal structure type.(2)Prototype observations were used to compare the biocommunity characteristics of the upper intertidal zone of different coastal structures in Lingshui Bay,combined with previous research results,the influence of the structural characteristics of different coastal structure types on the intertidal zone biological community is analyzed.Based on the conclusions of the prototype observation research,this paper proposes ecological measures from the perspective of imitating the natural bedrock coast,including slope reduction,surface roughening,surface grooves and artificial tide pools.(3)Further field experiments were conducted on grooves,cavities,and tide pools to compare the effects of different grooves,cavities and tide pools on the biodiversity of the intertidal zone.(4)The Delphi method was used to construct a scientific evaluation index system for the environmental improvement effect of the ecological coast structure,and the AHP method was used to assign weights to the evaluation indicators for the environmental improvement effect of the ecological coastal structure.And put forward the evaluation standard and evaluation grade division of ecological coastal structure environmental improvement effect.Take the ecological coast structure of Lingshui Bay as an example to evaluate the environmental improvement effect.
