Based on a series of biological experiments,it is found that the dynamics of p53 protein network is very related to cancer diseases,we use theoretical and numerical analysis to study the dynamic behaviors of p53 protein network.Time delay exists in the p53 dynamics and plays a vital role. However, there are still few theoretical kinetic studies. Therefore, this paper establishes a differential equation model and introduces time delay ? according to the regulation process.First,we linearize the system and analyze the relevant characteristic equations. It can be concluded that there exists time delay threshold ?0,so that when the delay ? is less than ?0,the system is asymptotically stable, otherwise stable oscillation occur.Secondly,we use normal form method and the center manifold theorem to derive the direction and stability of the Hopf bifurcation. Finally,we through numerical simulation, the theoretical results obtained in the article are verified. It is also found that the influence of noise on the amplitude is more serious than the influence of the period, which is in full agreement with the experimental results.p53,as a tumor suppressor, plays a very important role in DNA damage response. It can make cell fate decisions by regulating the expression of downstream target genes.Related experiments have found that the natural compound indole-3-carbinol has an inhibitory effect on cancer cells, but it is not clear how it exerts its anticancer effect in the p53 network. Here, the natural compound indole-3-methanol is added to the p53 network to explore how the natural compound indole-3-methanol promote cell apoptosis. We carry out relevant numerical simulations,it is found that the natural compound indole-3-methanol has a specific threshold for promoting cell apoptosis. This discovery may be an effective and reliable control mechanism. The research results in this article are consistent with the experimental facts, and we hope its will be helpful for cancer research.
