Wave maker systems which use advanced wave simulation control technology can accurately simulate waves in the experimental pool.The wave works on various models,which is significant to coastal and offshore engineering design and wave theory's research.Wave simulation control technology belongs to interdisciplinary field,including wave theory,motion control,mechanical structure and signal electronic technology.Based on problems encountered with engineering projects,this paper conducts in-depth study on key issues in wave simulation control system's motion control technology,data processing methods and software function design.Based on the wave theory,this paper gives the velocity potential solution to the control equation and boundary conditions,and further obtains the transfer function of the wave and the wave maker.The transfer function let servo motors' position-time sequence correspond to the wave spectrum's time sequence.In aspects of motion control technology,this paper designs a synchronization signal card to solve the synchronization problem of multiple ZMP embedded controllers.The synchronization signal card is integrated into the upper computer of the system,realizing the synchronous control for the multi-servo axis under multi-controller.For real-time interpolation in the motion control process,this paper proposes cyclic redundancy interpolation algorithm,which improves the calculation efficiency and solves the speed data discontinuity problem of batch interpolation.To solve servo axis' s start-stop problem in the motion control of the wave maker,this paper proposes cosine trajectory's multi-fitting start-stop control algorithm,which performs well in large inertia wave maker system.In aspects of data processing,the existing spectrum-correction method modifies the wave-making files,which requires multiple experiments,which is inefficient.This paper using the frequency response method to get the transfer function of the wave-making board and the wave height.The transfer function is solved by the Hamming window spectrum estimation method.The method has been proven very efficient by experiments.In aspects of software design,this paper designs different communication methods of different network types,and designs network heartbeat detection scheme for network connection status detection and reconnection,and designs FTP file transfer scheme for large file transfer,and designs efficient and stable anomaly detection scheme for anomaly detection.This paper's methods have been proven very efficient and stability in projects,and are significant to the research and development of wave simulation control systems.
