So far,the mechanism of laser ablation is still controversial,and the relevant mechanism of ablation has not been perfectly interpreted.This paper focuses on the study of the dynamic characteristics of the microburst effect caused by the collapse of the liquidmediated cavitation in the liquid medium and the ablation characteristics of the biological hard tissue.The dynamic processes of cavitation effect,micro-jet and micro-blasting are monitored and recorded,and the subtle features of cavitation evolution,micro-jet and micro-blasting formation and action are extracted from the acquired images.The law of micro-vibration of bone and hard tissue under different laser energies and the conditions of micro-blasting at different non-dimensional distances are revealed,and the migration and collapse of cavitation are discussed.Finally,the sensor of KEYENCE was used to measure the vibration law of the surface of bone and hard tissue when micro-blasting occurred,and the dynamic process of cavitation collapse micro-blasting on the surface of bone and hard tissue was investigated.The research results have further explained the mechanism of laser water-mediated ablation of hard tissue to enhance the ablation effect,enriched the knowledge of fluid dynamics,and better promoted the application of laser ablation technology in medicine.
