Wave simulation research is of great significance in many fields,such as ships,wave power generation,offshore platforms,port facilities and so on.In the field of ocean engineering,wave simulation technology has been a very important research topic for hundreds of years.At present,the wave generator in wave tank is mainly used to generate waves at home and abroad.This project is based on the National Natural Science Foundation Project "Research on adaptive wave energy acquisition mechanism and dynamic conversion characteristics of oscillating flapping wing".In order to solve the problem of wave input diversity in wave power generation experiment in laboratory environment,a cam mechanical wave simulator with variable frequency and wave height is proposed based on linear wave theory.According to the wave characteristics of different types of sea conditions,cams with different diameters are used to simulate the change of wave height.The wave frequency change is simulated by DC servo motor variable voltage speed regulation.The simulated wave frequency characteristic is converted into speed signal as input.The servo motor drives the cam to rotate through the reducer.The actual speed of the cam is taken as output.The actual speed of the cam is measured at any time by the detection device as feedback.The speed closed-loop PID control system model of the wave motion mechanical simulator is established.Combined with Adams and MATLAB simulation software,the mechanical system and control system of the wave motion simulation device are co simulated.By adjusting PID control parameters,the problem of excessive output overshoot rate of the frequency conversion system is solved.It provides a new idea and method for the research of wave simulation input in the experiment of oscillating flapping wing wave energy power generation device in the laboratory environment,and provides an important basis for the development of marine engineering equipment.
