In 2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to integrate the responsibilities of the Ministry of Culture and the National Tourism Administration to establish the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.Since then,a new business form of "culture + tourism" has gradually emerged, and cultural tourism has become a new way for people to travel. As a kind of tourism resources, cultural heritage has been endowed with richer connotations.Changsha City is the birthplace of Chu Civilization and Xiang Chu Culture. After more than 2,400 years, the name and site of the city have not changed. Therefore, the number of cultural heritage resources are numerous and the types are rich, and it ranks in the forefront of the country. At present, the research on cultural heritage is mostly focused on the protection and development of cultural heritage. The number of researches on the spatial distribution of cultural heritage is small and relatively scattered, and there is no research involving the spatial distribution of cultural heritage in Changsha. This article takes 346 cultural relics protection units and 106 intangible cultural heritages in 9 cities(districts/counties)of Changsha City as the research object, using the average nearest neighbor tool and nuclear density analysis in ArcGIS 10.2.Tools and other tools research the spatial distribution characteristics of Changsha's cultural heritage, and propose an overall layout, design of tourism routes and development of tourism products based on the current development of Changsha's cultural heritage tourism. The research results of this paper are as follows:(1)From a macro perspective, the cultural heritage projects in the main urban area of Changsha are concentrated, while the projects in the surrounding cities(districts/counties)are scattered;from the calculation results of the nearest neighbors,Changsha City The cultural heritage is distributed in clusters;combined with the calculation of the geographical concentration index and the Lorenz curve, the cultural heritage of Changsha is not evenly distributed in space.(2)After analyzing the spatial agglomeration of the cultural heritage of Changsha City,it is concluded that both cultural relics protection units and intangible cultural heritage projects are located in the five core urban areas of Yuelu District,Kaifu District,Furong District,Yuhua District and Tianxin District. It is highly concentrated and distributed.(3)From an overall point of view, the cultural relics protection unit of Changsha has formed a high-density gathering area,4 sub-agglomeration areas, and a high-density gathering zone in space;the intangible cultural heritage project in Changsha is roughly formed in space One high-density gathering area and three secondary gathering areas were established.(4)Elevation terrain, river system, road traffic factors have a greater impact on the spatial distribution of cultural heritage in Changsha. The main body of Changsha is flat, and cultural heritage is mostly located in low-altitude areas;the river system is developed, and cultural heritage is mostly concentrated around the river;the road transportation network is relatively complete, and the cultural heritage projects are mostly distributed around the main roads. Finally, according to the analysis results of the previous article, from the perspective of cultural tourism development, the overall layout of Changsha's cultural heritage resources is designed,so as to achieve an overall spatial layout of connected points and lines, and is summarized as "One heart, two axis, and three districts" ? On this basis, the development and design of tourism routes and tourism products have been carried out.
