Outdoor furniture rotary rocking chair is an important part of outdoor furniture,which is different from office rotary chair,only the back can be shaken,and the rotary rocking chair studied in this paper,the seat back connection can be shaken together,which has the comfort of traditional rocking chair.Based on the European outdoor furniture stability test standard EN 1022:2018 and strength test standard EN 581-2:2009,this paper takes a custom-made aluminum bar rotary rocking chair as the research object,carries out the finite element stability simulation analysis and strength simulation analysis of the rotary rocking chair through Solid Works simulation plug-in,and verifies the simulation results through the experimental research of the rotary rocking chair.The main contents of this paper are as follows(1)This paper expounds the research and application of finite element method in furniture design at home and abroad,but the research of finite element method in outdoor furniture rotary rocking chair is less.This paper discusses the purpose and significance of the finite element research of rotary rocking chair,and makes clear the necessity of the research.(2)This paper expounds the design orientation and design principles of outdoor furniture rotary rocking chair,and analyzes the design points and design elements of rotary rocking chair.The core part of the rotary rocking chair is FRP spring,and the size of the spring is determined by three-point bending test.The rotary rocking chair is packaged in a box of two pieces.The rationality of the size of the rotary rocking chair is verified by the utilization rate of the container volume.(3)The three-dimensional model of the rotary rocking chair is established,and the necessary simplification of the rotary rocking chair model is carried out.Reasonable simplification of the model is conducive to improving the speed of finite element simulation analysis and saving the time of model simulation analysis.According to the European outdoor furniture stability test standard EN 1022:2018,Solid Works simulation plug-in is used to analyze the forward stability,backward stability and lateral stability of the simplified model to verify the stability of the rotary rocking chair.(4)According to the European outdoor furniture strength test standard EN 581-2:2009,Solid Works simulation plug-in is used to simulate and analyze the static pressure strength of the front seat,the static pressure strength of the back seat,the fatigue strength of the back seat,the static pressure strength of the armrest,the fatigue strength of the armrest,the impact of the seat The rationality of the structural strength of the rotary rocking chair is verified by the simulation analysis of the optimization and improvement of the lower seat structure.According to the results of simulation analysis,the support position and size of the rotary rocking chair seat are improved,the thickness of the ring tube and support tube under the rotary rocking chair seat is reduced,the tube structure is improved,and the material cost of the rotary rocking chair is reduced.(5)Based on the European outdoor furniture stability test standard EN 1022:2018 and strength test standard EN 581-2:2009,the design samples of rotary rocking chair are tested.The test items include static pressure test in front of seat,static pressure test on back of seat and fatigue test on back of seat,By increasing the back pushing stroke of the rotary rocking chair,the state and performance of the spring under extreme conditions were tested.
