As the economy develops and people's awareness of environmental protection increases,people's requirements for high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection in the logistics and transportation industry are increasing day by day.The old transportation method has low energy utilization rate and also caused varying degrees of pollution to the environment,which will surely be replaced by the new transportation method.Firstly,spiral flow in the circular tube conveying material cabins technology uses a water pump as a power source;secondly,the pumped clean water produces a spiral flow under the action of the Local spiral flow generator;lastly,the spiral flow is used to transport the material cabins to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.Design and construct a physical model for experimental research and combine theoretical analysis.The research results are as following:(1)The increase of the installation angle of the guide strip of the local spiral flow generator will cause the head loss of the water flow through the local spiral flow generator to gradually increase.For the purpose of energy saving,the installation angle of the guide strip should not be greater than 45°;The feeding device designed in this paper can reduce the flow rate loss to a certain extent;the tangential jet tube can supplement the pressure energy of the pipeline and increase the circumferential velocity of the spiral flow,increase the radial and circumferential effects of the spiral flow on the material cabins,which is beneficial to the transportation of the material cabins.(2)Through designing the type of the spiral guide vane,it is found that the spiral guide vane(straight type)is added to the material cabin,the rotary floating effect of the material cabins is obviously enhanced(That is to say the pipeline hydraulic conveying material cabin is obviously better than the shaped material in terms of rotary float).When the angle of the guide vane increases from 20°to 30°,the complete sinking distance of the cabin has a significant upward trend.When the Local spiral flow generator and the spiral flow generator along the way work together,if the angle of the spiral guide vane is greater than 30°,the spiral flow Excessive circumferential action causes the material cabin with a lower density to be unstable,and the complete sinking distance will be reduced.(3)The material conveying efficiency of the material cabins with spiral guide vanes is slightly higher than that of the material compartment without spiral guide vanes.Besides,the greater the density of the material compartment,the greater the difference.The change of the angle of the spiral guide vane when only under the action of the spiral tube locally has little effect on the material conveying efficiency of the material cabins.When the spiral flow generator along the way is used,the angle of the spiral guide vane increases to 30°,With the increase of the angle of the spiral guide vane,the material conveying efficiency of the material cabins will be improved to a certain extent.(4)When there is only the local spiral flow generator,if the material cabin with a conveying density of 2.05g/cm~3 has a better rotary floating effect,the angle of the spiral guide vane needs to be increased to 40°,and the discharge in the pipeline is increased to 10.08L/s,the guide strip is placed at an angle of 60°to have a better rotary floating effect(the complete sinking distance is 3m).However,when the angle of the guide strip is 60°,the energy loss will increase dramatically and the conveying efficiency will be affected.So it is recommended to the local spiral flow generator and the spiral flow generator along the way are used together,in this way,the installation angle of the guide strip only needs to be 45°,and the pressurization effect of the spiral flow generator along the way can also improve the rotary floating effect of the cabins and the efficiency of conveying materials.(5)The material cabin has a better rotary floating effect when the local spiral flow generator and the spiral flow generator along the way are used together.When the discharge is10.08L/s,the angle of the spiral guide vane is 40°and the material cabin with a density of1.45g/cm~3,the completely sinks distance is more than 4.4m,and it is still floating at the exit of the pipeline.The angle of the spiral guide vane is 40°and the density of cabins is2.05g/cm~3,The complete sinking distance of cabin can also reach 3m.(6)The feasibility of the system of circular pipe spiral flow conveying material cabin is verified by comparing with the shaped material,which provides a reference for the pipeline hydraulic conveying in the project.
