With the fierce competition in the market and the increase of the demand for products,in order to effectively improve product quality and production efficiency,companies usually propose a combination of multiple management models for the development of production process to improve the degree of coordination between management and practice.Production planning,quality control and maintenance management are the three key elements of equipment management in manufacturing enterprises.Although there has been a lot of research on equipment management,how to fully develop and utilize the interdependence of production,quality and maintenance to further improve the efficiency of the production process is still a problem worth studying.Therefore,this paper takes the manufacturing process as the research background and takes the economic performance of the production process as the research objective to conduct in-depth research on the joint optimization problem of control chart and preventive maintenance and the joint optimization problem of production plan and preventive maintenance respectively.The main content and relevant results of this paper are as follows:First of all,in view of the situation that the quality characteristics of the manufacturing process obey the non-normal distribution and the mean shift coefficient of the abnormal state increases with the out-of-control time,this paper adopts the delay monitoring strategy and establishes a joint optimization model of non-normal distribution mean control chart design and preventive maintenance strategy.This paper uses the weight variance method to construct a non-normal distribution mean control chart to monitor the process,establishes 5 scenarios of the update process according to the actual state of the process and the monitoring results,combines the renewal reward theorems to establish economic model of average cost per unit time,and solves the model delay time,control chart parameters,maintenance strategy parameters and average cost per unit time through simulation.The sensitivity analysis is used to study the influence of non-normal distribution offset,process mean shift coefficient,and quality loss variation coefficient on the average cost per unit time.Secondly,considering the influence of market demand,productivity,product inventory and the number of out-of-stock products on production planning,and combining with the maintenance schemes such as minimum maintenance,multi-level preventive maintenance and complete maintenance,this paper takes the two-part series equipment as the research object to establish the economic benefit model of production equipment operation.Then,based on random demand,this paper formulates production and preventive maintenance plans among the partitions,obtains the optimal production plan and preventive maintenance strategy with the goal of maximizing the average profit of a single production cycle.The effectiveness of the constructed model is verified by simulation,and the influence of the reliability threshold and the number of maintenances on the optimal decision is analyzed.The results show that when the market demand obeys the Poisson process,the combination of production plan and maintenance plan can effectively improve the operation efficiency of equipment.
