In the modern industrial production system,industrial photogrammetry is an important and widely used high-precision measurement technology,which has the characteristics of noncontact,high precision,rapid measurement,and ultra-portability.In recent years,many engineering application scenarios have put forward higher accuracy requirements for industrial photogrammetry,making the research on the accuracy optimization of industrial photogrammetry urgent.In response to the above-mentioned requirements,this article has carried out research on the optimization of industrial photogrammetry accuracy from several aspects.The main work and innovations are as follows:1.List domestic and foreign industrial photogrammetry systems,summarize the previous studies on the optimization of industrial photogrammetry accuracy,and explain the principles,composition,processing flow,accuracy influencing factors and accuracy evaluation methods of industrial photogrammetry systems.2.The internal parameter calibration method of the camera with ten parameters plus finite element is researched,and the relationship curve between the finite element grid resolution and the camera measurement accuracy is obtained through experiments,and the finite element grid is 100pixel×100pixel.Can make the camera calibration accuracy reach the highest conclusion.3.Established a model of the influence of die slice thickness on the accuracy of image point center positioning,and used relevant RRT data to evaluate the degree of influence of die slice thickness on the accuracy of image point center positioning.Through experiments,it was found that the measurement accuracy of large-diameter die-cut RRT was higher.The conclusions of this paper and it is recommended to use large-diameter die-cut RRT as a measurement mark point within a certain diameter range.4.Defined the concept of photo redundancy,and tested the relationship curve between different photo redundancy and the measurement accuracy of modern high-precision photogrammetry systems through experiments.The results prove that the ultra-redundant camera station is effective for industrial photography.The measurement accuracy has no influence.5.A shooting plan with multiple rotation angles at the same camera station was proposed,and the plan was tested using the controlled variable method.The experiment proved that the plan can effectively improve the measurement accuracy without increasing the number of camera stations,and finally 16 The measurement accuracy of the rotation angle is improved by58%(CIM-3 camera)compared to the conventional solution that increases the two rotation angles of 90°.6.Designed a layered mesh shooting method,and combined with specific experiments to draw a conclusion that the planar layered mesh can significantly improve the accuracy of industrial photogrammetry.
