The number of newborns born in my country is between 16 and 20 million each year.The infertility rate among people who are preparing for pregnancy is as high as 12.5%,and the spontaneous abortion rate is between 10 and 15%.At the same time,the liberalization of the second-child policy has caused a rapid increase in the number of elderly pregnant women.Such a large number of people have put forward higher demands on the pregnancy examination conditions of families,grassroots and large medical institutions.Through the detection of the changes in the concentrations of three indicators: progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH),and oocyte poietin(FSH),it can realize women's ovulation period prediction,follicular quality evaluation,pregnancy outcome monitoring,and polycystic ovarian synthesis Early diagnosis of infertility symptoms such as disease.Therefore,the detection of progesterone in women during pregnancy and pregnancy has important clinical significance.This article develops a portable multi-index progesterone real-time detection system for women to provide them with pre-pregnancy diagnosis,post-pregnancy monitoring and health guidance.The instrument is based on fluorescence immunochromatography technology,which mainly includes optical detection system,electric control system and signal algorithm processing.The optical detection system adopts the photoelectric detection method,and the confocal optical detection structure and the optical detection darkroom are designed to realize the excitation and collection of the fluorescence signal.The electronic control system uses STM32F407 microprocessor as the control core,and designs I/V conversion circuits,amplifying and filtering circuits,etc.to perform analog processing on the detection signals.In addition,the electronic control system also includes a light source drive circuit,a stepper motor drive circuit,and other peripheral module drive circuits.Signal algorithm processing mainly includes wavelet transform method denoising,area method to find eigenvalues,and least square method curve fitting.12 groups of different concentrations of P,LH,FSH sample standard solutions were tested,and the test results were linearly fitted.The linear correlation coefficients were 0.996,0.988,and 0.993,respectively.In the instrument repeatability test and error test experiment,the coefficient of variation is less than 4%,and the maximum detection error is less thaną5.3%.Experimental results show that the progesterone quantitative detection system designed in this paper can achieve multi-indicator quantitative detection.The detection system has accurate results and high stability,and the urine test is non-invasive and can detect multiple indicators.It has high application value and market development space.
