Research On Evolutionary Game And Dynamic Simulation Of Compensation Balance Of Housing Expropriation Project In Xi'an

There are problems in Xi'an that the acquisition of houses on state-owned land is difficult and the acquisition period is long.The reason for this is that the compensation fee is difficult to adapt to market changes,which seriously damages the government and the relevant rights and interests of the expropriated person,and even a series of subsequent bad Social issues.Therefore,balancing the compensation fee between the government and the expropriated person is the core of solving the expropriation problem in Xi'an.Therefore,this paper proposes to build a compensation balance system for house expropriation to solve the problem of house expropriation.On the premise of following the four aspects of project progress,public participation,compensation results and social stability,this paper constructs an evolutionary game model with compensation evaluation price as the core and comprehensive consideration of various factors.The evolutionary game is mainly composed of three parts: cost-benefit,compensation expectation,and reference comparison.These three parts constitute the subsystems of the dynamic simulation system.The correlation and mutual influence between the three subsystems form the SD simulation system.Analyze the dynamic change strategies of the expropriation parties in different decision-making states,and predict the possible expropriation decision-making situations in the expropriation.Study the influence of the factors that constitute the evolutionary game on the decisions of the expropriating parties.Under different decision-making states,adjust the influencing factors to promote the expropriation process.Choose a house expropriation project on a state-owned land in Xi'an to verify the rationality of the relevant theories and the feasibility of the model.On the basis of following the existing laws and regulations,the results obtained in the thesis will help protect the legitimate rights and interests of the expropriating parties from damage,help save human and material resources,and help shorten the expropriation process.At the same time,on the basis of improving the evaluation method of house expropriation compensation,this paper strengthens the interpretation of expropriation issues based on the research of different dimensions,and deepens the research on the compensation balance in house expropriation.
