In modern society, smart power grids are developing rapidly, and electric vechicles and smart homes are rapidly gaining popularity. At the same time, the operating characteristics of the new generation of power systems characterized by smart grids are becoming increasingly complex. In this situation, the evolutionary cooperative game theory provides a new way to improve the economics of the system. For example, with the increase in the number of micro grids, some microgrids have surplus capacity and some microgrids have insufficient capacity at the same time. However,a reasonable loss sharing mechanism can increase the revenue of both the electricity seller and the electricity purchaser. In short, cooperation is very important to the power system. The work of this paper explores the factors that affect cooperation and proposes mechanisms to promote cooperation. It can provide theoretical support for decision makers in power system and other fields, and help decision makers to analyze according to their respective application scenarios,so as to promote the overall cooperation level of the corresponding system. The main method of evolutionary game theory for cooperative behavior research is to abstract a complex system into a network of multiple independent individuals interacting. The nodes in this network are regarded as individuals, and the sides connecting the nodes are regarded as game relations. After formulating some evolution rules in such a network, observe and analyze how each individual carries out strategy evolution. This paper adopts the same method, using the Monte Carlo simulation method to study and explore the three classic social dilemma models(Prisoner's Dilemma,Snowdrift Dilemma, and Stag Hunting Dilemma)on a spatial regular network through a computer. The main contents are as follows:1.On a square lattice,a mechanism based on the number of changes in expectations and strategy that can effectively promote the level of cooperation in the two-person snowdrift game is proposed, and the evolution of the system under this mechanism is explored through computer simulation. The simulation results show that the mechanism can effectively promote cooperation and even achieve the highest level of cooperation on a large scale.2.On a square lattice,a time cost mechanism that can effectively promote the level of cooperation in the two-person snowdrift game is proposed, and the evolution of the system under the effect of time cost is explored through computer simulation. The simulation results show that: The time cost mechanism can effectively promote the level of system cooperation, and the higher the time cost, the more obvious the effect of promoting cooperation.3.On a square lattice,a rational mechanism for maximizing returns is proposed, and the dynamic behavior of groups in the three classic models under this mechanism is studied. The simulation results reveal that if a factor conducive to cooperation disrupts the rationality of the group, then that factor will lead to cooperation. However,if a factor that is not conducive to cooperation disrupts the rationality of the group, then that factor will lead to group betrayal. For example,in the deer hunting game,if the maximum benefit affects the rationality of the individual,it will promote the overall level of cooperation.
