With the national attention to nuclear power in recent years and the continuous improvement of the industry itself,how to make the safe and reliable use of nuclear power plants has become the consensus of all countries in the world.As a special instrument for nuclear power core,the core operation state monitor can monitor the changes of various parameters in nuclear power plant in real time and provide accurate and reliable data for operators.Therefore,it is very important to study the reliability of the core state monitor.If we simply use the traditional reliability theory to study the monitoring system with complex state and time sequence,it is inevitable that the analysis results are inconsistent with the actual operation.Markov model and Goal Oriented(GO)graph are often used in multi state reliability analysis,In this paper,we break through the limitation of traditional two-state reliability research,and combine the Markov model and GO graph,so that the multi-state reliability analysis method can be successfully introduced into the reliability analysis of core operation state monitor.The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1)The reliability analysis and reliability prediction of the core operation state monitor are carried out to ensure that the expected project indexes can be achieved from the reliability of the equipment in the design stage.According to the principle of the system,the modules are divided,and the reliability of each module is predicted by using the reliability block diagram and traditional reliability prediction,and the relevant parameters are obtained.(2)Based on the analysis of the core operation state monitor,the modules of the system are divided,and the FMEA of each module of the core operation state monitor is analyzed to find out the weak link of the core operation state monitor,preliminarily determine the key parts of the core operation state monitor,and put forward the improvement suggestions to improve the reliability of the equipment.(3)According to the collected failure modes and weak links,a reliability modeling method suitable for the core operation state monitor is proposed.Firstly,according to each stage of the system module,four states are set up in advance,and Markov state space model is established for reliability analysis at the module level to obtain the probability distribution of multiple States and availability at each task level Then,according to the system principle,draw the GO graph,and substitute the probability data of each state into the GO graph to get the availability of the system under the condition of multiple states.
