Geothermal energy is a kind of green energy.It is of great significance to develop and utilize geothermal energy to activate tourism resources in poor mountainous areas,accelerate regional economic construction and boost rural revitalization.Based on the comprehensive analysis of regional basic geology,structural geology,hydrogeology and stratigraphic lithology data,through field geology and physical and chemical exploration,combined with remote sensing image data interpretation,this paper summarizes the geothermal geological conditions,basement structure characteristics and geothermal anomaly distribution characteristics in Shiquan County,analyzes the potential conditions of geothermal occurrence in the area,and makes target area for the potential geothermal resources Forecast and evaluation.The main conclusions and understandings of the study are as follows:1.Shiquan County and its adjacent areas are located between Qinling orogenic belt and Yangtze block,and there are widely developed fault structures in the area;since the Cenozoic,the fault structure has been widely developed in Shiquan County,Influenced by the uplift of Qinling orogenic belt,the neotectonic movement in the area is active,indicating that Shiquan County meets the basic structural conditions for geothermal resources;the area is located in Moho uplift area,which is one of the favorable conditions for the existence of better heat sources;while the Shiquan Ankang fault fracture crossing the whole area is deep to the lithosphere,which is a good channel for underground heat energy to be transmitted to the shallow;the Shiquan Ankang basin is covered with thick Cenozoic sedimentary strata,which is a good cover for thermal energy preservation;Hanyin and Mianxian county with similar structural conditions have confirmed that there are geothermal resources,which has become the indirect basis and good information of geothermal resources in this area.2.The physical and chemical exploration field features show that the fault structure in the area is developed,among which,the north-west trending fault zone is large and active.Especially,Raofeng-Shiquan Chengguan Town-Chihe Cenozoic active fault in Shiquan basin is the main channel for the upward transmission of deep heat source.There is evidence of deep magmatic activity in Zengxi Town,and magma may flow upward along the fault zone in Chengguan town.3.The temperature distribution of shallow soil in the study area is highly coupled with the real temperature and the information anomaly of hydrothermal alteration obtained by infrared remote sensing image inversion.The thermal information anomaly areas can be divided into four thermal anomaly areas,namely,North West strike strip anomaly,Zengxi Town irregular anomaly enrichment,Chihe town radial anomaly and Yingfeng town northeastward strike strip anomaly.These thermal information anomaly areas are associated with the fault zone in space,indicating that the anomaly is controlled by the fault structure.4.According to the characteristics of physical and chemical exploration field,shallow soil temperature measurement,real surface temperature and spatial characteristics of water thermal alteration information in the study area,combined with the comprehensive analysis of regional structure and basic geological data,the two types of four geothermal prospective areas in the study area are determined,which are Chengguan Town type I geothermal resource prospective area,Chihe Town,Zengxi Town and Yingfeng town II geothermal resource prospect area.5.By comparing the CSAMT resistivity section of the geothermal drilling exploration well in Hanyin County,the model of geothermal resources occurrence in the type I remote scenic spot of Chengguan town of the research area is preliminarily established by combining the regional structure and stratigraphic lithology characteristics of the study area.Based on this,CSAMT and IP sounding survey work have been carried out in the prospective area.The results show that the groundwater in this area is rich and the fault structure is developed,and geothermal resources are likely to exist and the buried depth of geothermal water layer is very likely.The next step of preliminary design drilling well should be between235(x=239213,y=3664005)-255(x=239394,y=3664087)of profile 200,with a preliminary design drilling depth of 2200 meters.
