At present, the problem of foundation settlement has become increasingly prominent, involving all aspects of economy, society, and resources, and has become a major geological disaster in cities at home and abroad in the 21st century. It is also a problem that needs to be solved at present. With the development of engineering construction and the long-term use of later structural buildings, some areas with poor geological conditions will be gradually used when the available land area is limited. For these areas with poor geological conditions, traditional foundation settlement monitoring methods are limited. An all-day,automated,and real-time settlement monitoring method is needed.Based on this, this paper proposes a foundation settlement monitoring technology based on static leveling and multi-sensor data fusion of GNSS.GNSS equipment is used to monitor the settlement of the reference point, and the settlement monitored by the static level based on the collected reference point elevation changes. The elevation of the monitoring point is corrected, and a polynomial model of the settlement of the ground settlement monitoring point is established. The main research contents and innovations of this article are as follows:(1)Traditional foundation settlement monitoring methods have strong artificial dependence, and the absolute elevation of the foundation settlement cannot be obtained, and the actual settlement data of the foundation cannot be obtained when the reference point and the monitoring point settle at the same time.In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a foundation settlement monitoring method based on the integration of static level and GNSS monitoring methods based on actual engineering projects.Based on the absolute elevation of the GNSS monitoring reference point, the elevation of the static leveling monitoring point is corrected. It solves the problem of single sensor monitoring failure when a large area of foundation settlement occurs, while ensuring high accuracy.(2)There are many factors influencing the monitoring accuracy in the process of foundation settlement monitoring. This paper analyzes the influence of temperature, pressure and vibration in the static leveling system on the monitoring results. The influence of system error and monitoring environment in GNSS system on GNSS monitoring results.According to the source of the error, methods to reduce the error are proposed respectively.Equipment classification for on-site data collection and remote monitoring of the collection system, static leveling and GNSS for data collection and preprocessing of monitoring points.(3)The monitoring data of foundation settlement is generally a slow descent process, and conventional data processing algorithms are not suitable for foundation settlement data processing.Based on the 3? criterion, this paper proposes an improved 3? criterion suitable for the law of foundation settlement. The improved 3? criterion is used to identify, eliminate and interpolate the collected elevation data of monitoring points and reference points.Reduce the divergence of the data and improve the monitoring accuracy of the settlement data. The processing results show that the range of data is reduced and the degree of dispersion is reduced after processing by the improved 3? criterion.(4)The regression polynomials of 1?6 order settlement data are comprehensively compared, and the 3rd order polynomial regression curve is selected as the foundation settlement distribution model. The regression equations of reference points and monitoring points are weighted based on the coefficient of variation method, and a foundation settlement distribution model is established.According to the distribution model, the actual settlement of the settlement monitoring point in the next 10 hours is compared. The data shows that the regression curve of the settlement monitoring point is more consistent with the settlement law of the settlement monitoring point in the next 10 hours.
