Because of its advantages of high stability,small size and fast motion under ultra-low current density,magnetic skyrmion has great application potential in many fields,especially in information storage.However,at present,people's understanding of skyrmion and the exploration of related prototype devices are still in the preliminary stage.One of the biggest technical challenges is how to eliminate the effect of the Hall effect when the current drives the skyrmions.The antiferromagnetic skyrmion is a better alternative to the magnetic skyrmion due to its topological characteristics and much faster response speed.This paper is based on the current research status of magnetic skyrmion field at home and abroad and the micromagnetic simulation fundament,writing a program which can be used to simulate the magnetization process of the magnetic moment in the antiferromagnetic material,exploring the relationship between the structural properties of the antiferromagnetic skyrmion and the material parameters,which can provide a certain degree of reference for the experiment on preparation of antiferromagnetic skyrmion.The main contents of this paper will include the introduction of the properties of skyrmion,the theoretical basis of micro-magnetics,the programming algorithm,the program debugging and verification,as well as the analytical analysis of the quantitative relationship between the structural properties of anti-ferromagnetic skyrmion and the material parameters,and the verification by the method of micromagnetic simulation.
