In recent years,with the rapid development of knowledge map technology,more and more researchers have introduced knowledge map technology into the field of education to construct an educational knowledge map,which helps learners understand the main points of subject knowledge and build subject knowledge more efficiently and conveniently system.Research has found that there are two problems in the current educational knowledge map:on the one hand,due to the large differences in the knowledge systems of various sections and disciplines in the education field,there is currently a lack of a common process for the construction of the educational field model layer;on the other hand,elementary school Mathematics is the initial stage of cultivating students' abstract thinking and logical ability.It is especially important in the stage of mathematics education.At present,there are relatively few researches on the construction and application of elementary mathematics knowledge graph.Taking elementary mathematics as an entry point,using multiple data sources to conduct research on the construction and application of domain knowledge graphs,focusing on the following aspects:1)Analyze the available data sources for constructing the elementary mathematics knowledge graph,take different methods to collect and clean the original data according to the characteristics of each data source,and summarize the deep-seated data sources of the industry from the search engine.The process provides a data basis for constructing a mathematical knowledge graph.2)In terms of the construction of the knowledge graph model layer,the general process for the construction of the education field model layer is designed,and the experiment is carried out with elementary mathematics as an example.The general process is divided into three steps: field candidate term extraction,candidate term clustering,and classification system construction.It mainly uses mature algorithms,supplemented by manual adjustments,and finally completes the construction of the knowledge graph model layer.3)In the construction of the knowledge graph data layer,different methods are adopted to fuse data together according to the different data sources,which focuses on the processing of open knowledge base and vertical industry website data.When processing data collected from vertical industry websites,part of the data set was manually annotated,two models of knowledge entity recognition and relationship extraction in the elementary mathematics field were established,and the two models were evaluated through experiments.4)Research on the application of the constructed elementary mathematics knowledge graph to show the application value of the knowledge graph.It mainly introduces two application examples of visual query of knowledge points and academic situation analysis based on knowledge graph.
