Advanced composite materials are widely used in marine engineering structure design because of their excellent mechanical properties,design ability,high specific strength,high specific modulus and other advantages.In recent years,land resources have been widely exploited and excavated,and the ensuing shortage of resources will come sooner or later,so the exploration and test of marine resources is particularly important.Therefore,the demand for the underwater experimental platform that can carry underwater exploration equipment for underwater exploration and test is increasing.As a kind of underwater equipment that can move flexibly in the water,the underwater experimental platform which is easy to carry exploration equipment and has low cost can well meet the needs of different exploration tests.Underwater communication is indispensable to the exploration of underwater resources and the transmission of long-distance data and images.Underwater wireless communication is an important technical means to realize underwater communication,and it is very important to ensure the non-magnetic environment of the equipment carried in underwater wireless communication.Based on this,this thesis designed a non-magnetic underwater experimental platform based on composite materials according to a test equipment provided.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the composite structure used in the underwater experimental platform,the analysis basis of composite mechanics is introduced,and the failure criterion of composite material used in the underwater experimental platform is determined.Then,according to the characteristics of the pressure shell of the underwater experimental platform and the characteristics of each component material,the structure material of the pressure shell of the underwater experimental platform is selected,and the structure form and the size of the cabin body are determined.Select the material of the cabin pressure end cover,determine the size of the structure of the end cover,through the simulation of the end cover strength check.The internal frame of the control cabin is designed,and the different sealing modes between the cabin body and the end cover are determined.After the finite element model based on the simplified principle of underwater to simplify the experiment platform,underwater experiment platform is established finite element model of pressure shell,using the finite element software ANSYS to underwater experiment platform pressure shell finite element analysis,to calculate the underwater experimental platform to meet the maximum water depth under the requirement of stress,deformation,The strength of the underwater test platform was evaluated by using the failure criterion of Cai-Hill in composite mechanics.Finally,according to the underwater experimental platform system design,the appropriate machining means are used to complete the processing and production of each component,and then the construction of the prototype is completed,and the structural engineering is realized.The structural strength of the underwater experimental platform is verified.In addition,the virtual assembly of the entire underwater experimental platform is completed in Solid Works,and then the center of buoyancy and the center of gravity of the whole structure of the underwater experimental platform are adjusted.The floating stability of the underwater experimental platform is tested,which verifies the reliability of the floating stability adjustment of the underwater experimental platform.
